Scripps Aquarium

I took Yukine to the Scripps Aquarium for a special treat. It was a really nice day!

Eating Soba

Yukine is getting so good at using her chopsticks! You can see her adjusting her grip in the first picture, she really concentrates. She insists on using them everyday and, of course, doing it all by herself!

Park and Takoyaki

We went to check out Cabrillo National Park. It was kind of cold and windy out there by the ocean, but there were lots of stone walls that Yukine walked along...that night for dinner we had takoyaki (octopus ball). Don't let the lack of smiles here fool you, Tetsushi and Yukine are completely focused on the task at hand. They both love this meal!

Sunny Day at Ocean Beach

We decided to take advantage of the beautiful warm weather and went to the beach! Yukine had a blast playing in the water, I just couldn't get a photo of that.

It's a boy!
